This design connects the city centre, Focus A, Focus B, the recreational areas around the lake and the Yukarı Dere Valley with bicycle and walking paths; proposes the region as a centre of attraction that embodies all the rhythms of urban life with social and cultural activities. In this context, besides the main programs organized as a social cultural activity center; There is a desire to create quality new spaces that will contribute to urban life by intertwining with it and that can serve many organizations and events adopted by the citizens. In this context, five main factors/elements have been focused in the spatialisation of the program of needs given in the Focus A and Focus B areas and in the establishment of the Focus on living together, contributing to urban culture.

1. TOPOGRAPHY: Slopes, gaps and orientation

2. NATURE: forests and green areas,

3. SPACE: Areas obtained by dividing the topography,

4. URBAN-CULTURAL PROGRAMME: Multipurpose hall, restaurant, exhibition

5. OPEN AND SEMI-OPEN AREAS FOR INTERACTION AND GATHERING: Viewing terraces, green amphitheatre, stage, activity meadow
